Nothing, compulsion to work here in Noida office.

Micro managers are failed to justify their post as well as work. Lack of coordination and communication. Internal silent politics, Late sitting after office hours. Partiality and hierarchy at its high. Management always keeps a difference between engineers who have degree and other technical staff. Very old way of working. Noida office is 10 times behind as compared to other design consultants. No traning no learning. You don't have any rights to say something in front of engineers, their ego hearts. You can't even believe anyone coz you have a surrounding of "Sycophants" If you want to earn good money by doing buttering then your most welcome to the company. Otherwise keep patience and keep searching.
