But we had to keep on asking for the salary after that only we used to get it that to on 15th or 18th of every month. During my notice period I had to take leaves because of some family health issues. Now when I ask for my F and F and the experience letter. The team leader is asking for the proof of the health condition and telling the HR not to release my experience letter and also the F and F.

Working for this company has been a highly disappointing experience. There are no salary hikes, no job security, and no mediclaim benefits. My interaction with the HR team, particularly with Kalpita, was terrible—she lacked professionalism and showed zero coordination with the staff. Engineers are not valued here; the sole focus is on meeting client demands. Even casual leave policies are unclear, as they never inform you about your remaining balance. I’d rather wait for a better job opportunity than continue working with such an unorganized and inconsiderate team.

...ity Bangalore Susanta driven susanta has more power. All are depends on susanta. No hike from last 2 years. You should say "yes" whatever Susanta say else you won't get hike for sure. HR can't take any decision and they need to depends on susanta. They are running Garuda KGF in Mobility. If you don't have any education or any kind of experience join here and say only "Yes" and do cringe one day you will be manager🤣🤣. They are not giving half-day to women for critical periods issue susanta told once to one lady company have no policy for half day. Susanta is running his own policy. After 06:30 manager stand with security so no body can go home without completing 12 hours. If employees left Susanta will hold his sallery. WTH man
