i have lost at the month of July as the project completion letter received from hr, march salary received 65%, April/may 50% salary, June 65% and July 15 days salary still pending-no job security. my experience is very pathetic.

...urance. But later they denied for the same. There is no proper Hr communication. According to the offer letter salary date was 7th to 10th of every month. But we had to keep on asking for the salary after that only we used to get it that to on 15th or 18th of every month. During my notice period I had to take leaves because of some family health issues. Now when I ask for my F and F and the experience letter. The team leader is asking for the proof of the health condition and telling the HR not to release my experience letter and also the F and F.

Yes, I enjoyed working at Aforeserve because my mentor there was very supportive. I learned a lot of new things from there which will be very useful for me in the future.

The thing that was most disliked there was that there was no salary increment. There was no scene of promotion.
