You will work here and get very small amount of salary again you put all in the daily fuel expenses.after two year got increment of 1500 . They want you work as accountant for payment collection from customer , collect satisfaction reports from customer ,freshers are getting more salary than me and also less educated and lesser experience people can get high salary if the SDM is you uncle With the Civil engineering digree you can become field engineer or resident engineer in Aforeserve

it was a Govt. Project and First good thing is our holiday and weekly leave And no other pressure for support

...urance. But later they denied for the same. There is no proper Hr communication. According to the offer letter salary date was 7th to 10th of every month. But we had to keep on asking for the salary after that only we used to get it that to on 15th or 18th of every month. During my notice period I had to take leaves because of some family health issues. Now when I ask for my F and F and the experience letter. The team leader is asking for the proof of the health condition and telling the HR not to release my experience letter and also the F and F.

Yes, I enjoyed working at Aforeserve because my mentor there was very supportive. I learned a lot of new things from there which will be very useful for me in the future.

The thing that was most disliked there was that there was no salary increment. There was no scene of promotion.

Like to be senior like heads they not from afore but looking afore working in aforeserver after that they go on project first pay role they not now aforeserver part but mange aforeserver woh too good

Over all I got bonus on name of me and my all culture only 500 to good and salary mean half day mean full day too much salary deducted
