...urance. But later they denied for the same. There is no proper Hr communication. According to the offer letter salary date was 7th to 10th of every month. But we had to keep on asking for the salary after that only we used to get it that to on 15th or 18th of every month. During my notice period I had to take leaves because of some family health issues. Now when I ask for my F and F and the experience letter. The team leader is asking for the proof of the health condition and telling the HR not to release my experience letter and also the F and F.

Everything is average except in Covid-19 lockdown time company was deducted salary. This is most sadness matter. Because in this critical situation was not right to deduct salary. Also in appresal time increment is very very low.

Last 5 to 6 months salary not getting in proper time & also conveyance is not getting proper time.

Poor Management, Poor Manager RKC, only long distance travel with no TA claims, Salary timing delay and deduction are regular with no reason. They explain that company have no money.

The company is very innovative one,i am the employee of this company at the trivandrum district on the kerala region,this company have lot of branches all over the india,the company have training program in between 3 months ,

I'm worked on site and it was a Govt. Project then our salary should be more than we received.
