But we had to keep on asking for the salary after that only we used to get it that to on 15th or 18th of every month. During my notice period I had to take leaves because of some family health issues. Now when I ask for my F and F and the experience letter. The team leader is asking for the proof of the health condition and telling the HR not to release my experience letter and also the F and F.

Yes, I enjoyed working at Aforeserve because my mentor there was very supportive. I learned a lot of new things from there which will be very useful for me in the future.

The thing that was most disliked there was that there was no salary increment. There was no scene of promotion.

Like to be senior like heads they not from afore but looking afore working in aforeserver after that they go on project first pay role they not now aforeserver part but mange aforeserver woh too good

Over all I got bonus on name of me and my all culture only 500 to good and salary mean half day mean full day too much salary deducted

... nice and well behaved but HR Policies are contradictory opposite and pathetic. There are no processes, Salaries are disbursed very late and it can take 2 months to get you first salary and consecutively every salary will be delayed. Rest everything is fine. You can forget your FnF once you leave the company as the process can take forever.
