1) No increment in your salary after completion of 1 year they will make you fool then they will throw you out if you ask them to increase your salary. 2) Mannerless persons working there. No manners at all they will downgrade your character. His sister who is the head of the company named Nishtha working there just because of his brother no work experience and no education qualification but she is the head of the company. 3) Office politics always stay away from this company. When you will join this company you will slowly learn that you have made the mistake. 4) No growth at all. All the best for your future.

They misuse their employees, loot their partners and clients. Say bad things to their employees. Insult their employees. If you feel sick you will listen bad things from Nishtha Kapoor. Nishtha Kapoor use bad language with their employees.

As a result I got very good opportunities to learn new things, part of all top events, comfortable work environment, travel other cities to meet new clients. Also I employees hiring policy is also very good and everyone works in collaboration.

It’s like taking 24-7 client queries which is important to take and cannot skip. Allocated budgets should completed in given time so work and performance pressure.
