They misuse their employees, loot their partners and clients. Say bad things to their employees. Insult their employees. If you feel sick you will listen bad things from Nishtha Kapoor. Nishtha Kapoor use bad language with their employees.

1) Worst company 2) Salary increment is not there if you ask them to increase they will throw you out. 3) Politics, they will spoil your character 4) One tommy works there if you work under him then the heads will happy with you and if you dont listen to him then you are characterless person. 5) Preference given to those who even dont know how to work on a laptop.

Also I employees hiring policy is also very good and everyone works in collaboration.

It’s like taking 24-7 client queries which is important to take and cannot skip. Allocated budgets should completed in given time so work and performance pressure.
