There is nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

No payment on time. No Sunday leaves. You have to wait for your salary for 2 to 3 months. You have to do side work on your own expense, they will credit this amount if they want otherwise no reimbursement.

HR is cooperative and other department wise staff also good and cooperative. saturday and sunday weekly off.

management staff is worst. financial condition of company is worst. no salary on time as they hold it for 2 and 3 month. not getting reimbursement on time. if they don't required you then they will fire you or change your department without your permission. management staff is totally corrupted. If new employee come in management and change old rule then old management staff start slagging to MD. Purchase department totally corrupted and HOD as well. no one is taking action about purchase HOD. worst purchase activity, not following standard process. higher educational management staff not available. any time they can fire you.

You can learn many things if you are really interested to dig down & ready to work hard also ready to extend work hours.

Dislikes

Company work culture is worst. Average Salary delay here is 2.5 Months. Don’t expect Full & Final settlement amount from this company. They May or May not pay it after 1 year or more. After lot of requests n all. They don’t respect employees, They treat employees like they have bought you for your CTC. Always need to extend beyond work hours. Even we worked up to midnight here. Few management peoples are worst at people management and are just money minded. Increments are nominal & you will get a good hike if they need you at that time or if you have another offer.

We are glad to working in ARAPL, I m very lucky to have experience in ARAPL I m stood many automation and car parking projects. I have give 3 times hike in my working years.

There is a small politics happened which not addressed to management. That's why I m left my job. Other things are very good
