Indeed a happy work place. so much to learn here. cooperative people at all level. Directors are mentor here who are always available to teach you new things and guide to grow.

In my more than a decade work experience, I have finally got a much satisfying work Place Affnet Marketing Media , where I feel to come and work daily. They understand work life balance. do care like family and push to learn Skills and help Grow.

While weekends were off and occasional Team lunches were nice, these perks barely made up for a lack of true career growth and limited transparency from management. The efforts Felt surface-level and more focus on genuine employee support is needed.

Lots of office politics Arrogant Bosses Manager especially mine lacks of Communication & leadership skill Regular Late shifting in the office No appraisal after performing well during the entire year No Job Security employees are getting layoff very frequently No carrier growth Put this company in last option if you want to apply here This is my what i learnt during my tenure of 2.5 years
