...nd got one offer also when I asked for early release they delayed till last day. And on last they all of sudden they released me but didn't gave me experience letter and last month salary. Owner CEO and HR there are not good at all. They will never think about employee . There is job security. Project in Microsoft is very bad there is no learning . You will be doing manual work. Just need to update XML config file and running console application.

No work culture. Rude HR They do not honor notice period mentioned in Offer letter. Can't trust their promise Not professional at all They are running like small shop

...o well to any issues that we face even at client location. HR team is also good. Decent salary and treat it's employees so well.

They will assign you in a project and your security of job with Affluent is entirely dependent on that project. Can't differentiate a C2H job and a job in Affluent.

...od given if your client want to immediately release they will also release you.. FNF will de done after 45 days and they will not give you extra pay which is paid by client to them

No maternity leaves, no proper corporate structure, and no job guarantee. you can ask to leave the organization any time if you are out of a project and their treatment is also not good at those times.

...pany is partner of Microsoft and mostly resources will be deployed at Microsoft. I love the fact that If you are doing good in your project then company will not hesitate to pay you lot more than your expectations. Always give commitment wisely for any assigned assignment, otherwise company will never bear burden to pay you once got any escalation.
