The colleagues are good and supportive. The timing are flexible, salary on time on 30th end of month.

Dislikes

There are lots of politics from higher management which I have never saw in other company. They hire innocent employees and play their carrer just for their arrogance behaviour. No further growth . company don't know how to scale up business they have no may value for hard worker,punctual . Employee believe to left the company just after 3-4 months because of work life culture.

Nothing to be liked as an employee.

Dislikes

Very toxic culture, micromanagement and work dissatisfaction. Trainer, is a very terrible person I've ever seen. If you go there, just save yourself from his sweet words and prevent yourself from being friendly with him otherwise he is going to eat your job..

The work environment is very professional, no pressure, manager and seniors specially Anand and Devendra is very supportive, and the good thing is also there is no hierarchy....😊

There is no game zone or no any area for sitting in break time.

Nothing that I could think of after my 1 n half years of tenure...

Dislikes

Stiff targets. If you're coming as a content writer, expect to write at least 3000 words a day. The CMO does not care for the team at all and very rude with team members. No care for your work life balance whatsoever. Only 8 holidays in their calender. Many gazetted holidays are working days for them. CTC offerings are very low. Alternative Saturdays are working. WFH is non-existent. You'll have to beg for leaves.

The work culture is amazing in the company. Employee oriented environment which is rare to see these days. Global Head to Country Manager are so supportive and good mentors.

Dislikes

I couldn’t find anything which I say as dislike but yes scope of improvement is always there in any company which is aggressively growing in a steady pace. I must say that the Country Manager (Manoj Verma) is so proactive in this regard. He is always open to feedback to make the workplace more efficient and employee friendly.
