Freshers are given salary from 16k to 18k, account executives are offered somewhere between 27k to 37k, senior executives are given from 40k to 60k. Very poor environment to work with. No flexibility provided to any employees. Strict office rules. HR team is more to side of management rather then employees. One month whole salary is kept as security deposit for 2 years. Salary came to account at 6th to 7th date of a month. No picnic/enployee outings are given. Salary hikes too low at 15%. No training facilities provided to employees. No promotion system infact they promise every time during joining time but no promises are kept by HR. Paid leaves are only 21 that too month on month basis credit (1.5 per month) no sick leave. No holidays on national holidays, no value for hard working and good employees by management and owners. First and fourth Saturdays are working for 6 hours (only 1.5 hours less then regular). As company doesn't value employees loyalty, there is very high company leaving ratios.
