There are far better companies you can join. But never join this company. Likes would be, I got few good collegues to work with, and they taught me well. If you are a fresher yes this will be a good company. But for experienced I would say a big NO.

...t it is doing so much for their employees 😕. Leaves are less, no sick leaves. Growth in salary and promotion please 🙏don't expect. I only worked for 6 months and I quit, best decision I ever made.

... designers have to work on the same templates which are being used from decades. You can be terminated anytime and they make you work overtime, approve your extra pay for overtime but you never receive that extra pay. This company literally makes a fool of freshers. Lots of internal politics and the worst work culture any organization can have. They hold 'Culture and Values' session which is a total irony as none of those values are followed or practiced by any of the employee here. If you're joining as a fresher and as a Graphic Designer then please don't expect that you will actually get to 'design'. These people will kill your creativity.

Company provide you paid travel. Soft skills training is very good here.

...ory and pressurize you to give resignation. Company do not value their employee. People who are working from 2-3 years or more years in the organization they will not give them hike and promotion to these people who worked for them day and night, instead they will hire a new people and will give them position and salary hike. This organization will give CTC and in hand salary with wise difference means with very less in hand salary. Not at all Employee cent-rick. Not good for freshers also because they will give you lot of work with very less money.

Work life balance is good due to rotation shifts and not exceeding shift timing even from work from home. Good for freshers to learn and get experience.

Not good for long term. No compensation and other benefits and no job security.

It's a good company to learn, u get salary on time. Affinity Express is leading advertising company in US/UK. Digital advertising vertical is now imarging in Advertising and affinity gives you great chance to learn and makes u strong to face worst situation in your career.

Dislikes

Salary is very very less, no one is important only top level management takes desicion and every one has to follow, HR has no power. Salary in top level employees is getting higher and lower level employees is struggling to full fill his daily needs. Worst company to earn.
