Company is only good at making false promises, they will promise you lot of perks to keep you working like donkeys and then nothing materialises

Dislikes

They are starting work from office but not compensating for the same, variable pay and other bonuses are delayed by almost a year. They sit on cash pile but don't want to pay their employees on time. HR in this company is useless, does not address any issues.

... of project and in billed role - Some projects offer great learning opportunity & exposure to modern technologies - Promotions & salary increments are competitive , especially for high performers - Few teams have supporting leas & collaborative work environment

Dislikes

- Poor work life balance, with expectation to be available beyond working hours - Limited projects - Frequent & abrupt policy changes - Scarce onsite opportunity - New management seems disconnected from employee concerns, often sidelining manager's input & concerns - Favoritism is rampant now, impacting growth & fair treatment - Little regard for employee well being , responding to email is expected even in critical personal situations - Excessive blame shifting to protect themselves from layoffs - Aggressive layoffs if not part of project, with minimal support for transition & re skilling

Nothing I liked as far as I remember! I lived in anxiety , trepidations and job insecurity

Dislikes

The HR politics and the unfair treatment and practises! One example - they promised on the email about the salary hike despite of that they failed to keep it up

Salary comes on time and the office is satisfactory.

Dislikes

Shift is 8 hours but employees are expected to work 12 hours daily. Unrealistic timelines are given that are not possible to meet. No extra time is given to complete their mandatory trainings. Client is very demanding and have unrealistic expectations.
