1. Timing is very strict like school from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM 2. Salary not on time one month salary credited after the two months. 3. Roaming one site to another by the bike high chances for the accidents. 4. Management is very lull. 5. No facilities is provided according to the AFCONS POLICY. 6. No work culture. 7. No life balance between work and home.

Friendly relationship with seniors and juniors. Every challenging work can be successfully done by the involvement of all supportive deperments.

Appraisal system and no grade wise salary fixed here.

...supply projects is worst, because afcons has just entered water supply business.Salary deduction is there for leaves, no matter how much gap is between your leaves.

1) Work time 08:00AM to 08:00PM. 2) Food not provided. 3) Admin behaving like PM. 4) They promoted only office staff not site Engineers. 5) Many south indian staff joined afcons they change culture of afcons. They misbehaving to north Indian engineers and staff. They always treat nortj engineer as a labour.
