1. Timing is very strict like school from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM 2. Salary not on time one month salary credited after the two months. 3. Roaming one site to another by the bike high chances for the accidents. 4. Management is very lull. 5. No facilities is provided according to the AFCONS POLICY. 6. No work culture. 7. No life balance between work and home.

I am currently working in a top MNC company, and my working hours are 12 hours a day (8 AM to 8 PM), with 6 working days a week (sometimes alternate Sundays as well).
