Carrier Growth is slow, Take three years for promotion and duty period 8 to 8 , sunday leave alternative.

May be this is the best construction company in India. Everything is good. Timely salary, training programme for employees, freedom for work, work life balance, job security everything is there.

...crement, promotion. 12 hrs work in a day is normal at site level for all 7 days.We haven't get holidays or extra pay for Sunday duty. Management doesn't addresses Junior level staffs issues.Most of the seniors always denies to give Holidays.
