1. Timing is very strict like school from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM 2. Salary not on time one month salary credited after the two months. 3. Roaming one site to another by the bike high chances for the accidents. 4. Management is very lull. 5. No facilities is provided according to the AFCONS POLICY. 6. No work culture. 7. No life balance between work and home.

Opportunity to work abroad is the only thing that I like.

...ation where they are not required & ultimately juniors has to do the extra job. Very limited leaves, no bonus, little appreciation for new people. Company is good for diploma/degree holders, but PG people think twice before joining.

Good projects and future growth. Good policies for employees. On time salary and promotions.

Dislikes

Poor work life balance (12 hour shifts, Monday to Saturday), which is common for all construction companies.
