1. Work life balance zero (above 72hr in a week) 2. Zero self development for QS Engg. 3. Seniors only sit on chair and take juniors credit. 4. Higher management have no QS team to provide increment.

Good construction company in India, Good facilities provided to the employees, Salary and appraisal on time, Good culture, Good Work life balance, Management are supportive.

Carrier Growth is slow, Take three years for promotion and duty period 8 to 8 , sunday leave alternative.

Internal management is bed due to higher employees behaviour and Sunday working with pay.

1. Timing is very strict like school from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM 2. Salary not on time one month salary credited after the two months. 3. Roaming one site to another by the bike high chances for the accidents. 4. Management is very lull. 5. No facilities is provided according to the AFCONS POLICY. 6. No work culture. 7. No life balance between work and home.

...rsonal Life. 2.Perks are low. 3.Promotions will get only for repeated people. 4.Salary will not come in time. 5.Food arrangements in foreign sites are horrible.
