1. Timing is very strict like school from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM 2. Salary not on time one month salary credited after the two months. 3. Roaming one site to another by the bike high chances for the accidents. 4. Management is very lull. 5. No facilities is provided according to the AFCONS POLICY. 6. No work culture. 7. No life balance between work and home.

All as usual, But if you are posted at site, You will get HRA Extra.

...rsonal Life. 2.Perks are low. 3.Promotions will get only for repeated people. 4.Salary will not come in time. 5.Food arrangements in foreign sites are horrible.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good. appraisals are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salari is decent but career growth is slow

Now I am working as a Safety supervisor, I am not satisfied because there is salary issue, management poor, improper facilities, & other lots of problems.

I have like to work with afcons infrastructure ltd. Because, the salary is coming to account with in limited time/ period with fixed date and in this company any one can learn as per project wise, here to freedom to learn by seniors. Any one can grow up his career in this company.

Dislikes

I have seen in this company , politics is going very largely. And it becomes a vital part in this company. In my experience , I have seen so many seniors of different sections/branches, they don't want to grewup his junior. It was major dislike for me.
