1. Salary not credited on time. Sometimes till 20-25th day of month. You must beg for your own money. 2. Management is running behind Money comprising on quality. 3. No payment given if you donot claim invoice of your project. Irrespective of the situation. 4. Brainstorming and creative ideas are not welcome here. 5. Stereotype mindset. If you are not close to the management then you have no value in organisation irrespective of your hardwork. 6. Except 1 or 2, No manager is capable for their position. 7. They call it 20yrs old company but rules are worst than any startup company. 8. If you want to servive then you must get into the lobby otherwise you are nothing here 9. They compromise everything to please the client. And project managers are blamed for rework. 10. They do not have Mid-Senior level team. Only manager and junior/trainees are hired. 11. No work life balance due to Work from home. 12. No appreciation for hard efforts instead you are judged by politics in the organisation. You cannot servive if you are true team worker. 13. Management all of a sudden come with new rules and be like my Organisation My rules. 15. No payment during notice period. 16. F&F is not cleared within time. 17. Early joining Buy out is also not paid till confirmation. 18. CTC components like LTA, Bonus is in hands of Company, you have to beg for your own money. 19. No work satisfaction. 20. 3months notice period for all

Dislikes

Financial growth can be quite slow here. However you’ll have great exposure to some amazing projects. Your manager can expect you to work on Sunday as well
