Hire and fire: that happens on immediate basis and then one has to struggle to get compensation. Owners are so egoistic that they don't even try to speak to the person being asked to leave immediately about what happened exactly. Top management VPs etc keep doing "chai pe charcha" whole day and criticizing other people in the company......they talk a lot and do nothing actually. I have never seen a company in my career of around 17 yrs with so much of job fluctuations and job insecurity/instability. I will suggest one to stay back home rather than working in such a company.

Work life is not balanced at all They don't gv fnf and salary even after serving notice Put wrong obligation and force u in condition to leave ur fnf with their financial power .

Everything disliked Work life unbalanced No professional atmosphere Fnf and relieving letter u even can't expect they will give If u force for fnf they will put wrong obligation and put u in condition that u have to leave it. More then job it's mind sucking trap

The greatest thing is management is considerate, so if you speanf sometime in the company and show your loyalty towards company your job is secured, they are not too rigid on policies if on some exceptional cases if these needs to be molded they mould to help theor employee

I have come across the review which had been posted in my name, I would like to intimate that pls ignore that comment as i know it had been posted by a person who was non performer and was not willing to shoulder the additional responsibilities given to him. Non performer could only fool people for quite a sometime but when things starts unfolding with the passage of time. When exposed its time to take difficult decisions, so i could fully understand his agony and pain as i was the whistle blower because of whom he was exposed. Regarding Aesthetic Living Merchant i would like to intimate all readers that i being a defence personnel is always ready to shoulder new challenges. I left job of the university to join this organisation and todate i could say proudly that i was not wrong on my decision. I am the closest employee to the director as i serve as Executive Assistant to him. As a human he is godly figure who thinks about his employees from the bottom of his heart. i have personal experience of the same. In my tenure i have never witnessed any hire and fire policy. The company always believes in retaining their employees as we have employees who has been with the company for as long as 15 years. Today in this tough time when entire globe is facing challenge towards retaining their employees he has hand holded each and every employees who has been with the company throughout the journey. I request all readers that the company is an amazing place to work with complete balance of official and personal life. There is no hardship to get leave or any other welfare which are part of employees motivation.

There is nothing to dislike as we have a team of professionals who deal with the problems in a very professional approach and to the satisfaction of the employees.
