Aerostar jet training academy is the best company i have ever worked with. The co-workers is amazing to work with. I have spent amazing four years of my life with this company, I got so much of professional growth with this company and i am so glad i was the part of this company. Another plus point of this company is you will get so much of perks along with the best packages in the industry.

The work culture here is good and you feel like staying here for a long tenure and growth opportunities are good here. The institution is open to innovation and readily adopts to changes and suggestions and also to technology. I like the work culture at this company. Another plus point is that the colleagues and other people over here come from various cultural backgrounds, and work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation and growth is good, but the understanding level of some exceptional people here is not up to the mark as far as teaching and learning level goes and works here. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I had to take back my training methodology and quit the job. Also, there is no on-job training system hence from the seniors as such.

I am part of the management and have been constantly encouraged and supported to take up initiatives. The company is one the fastest growing companies in Aviation training sector and soon have its footprint in Asia Pacific.

Job was do or die as all students were not well aware of the English language communication with their own accents hence I had to teach them all the Alphabets with the correct Pronunciation and make sentences and paragraphs. Work culture was moderate and management was below par with no Labour Policy as they had no human resources department to follow Statutory Returns.
