The only benifit you can get from joining this company is learning CNC controls. Nothing more than that...

# If you join this company your life will be ruined... # when you are called to work they will say that you are paying more than the salary you are getting now... # They say room free, two times meals free and also PF and ESI is available... # They will also tell you that you can develop if you work here... # They will say salary increment after six months.... # If you rely on it and join this company you will just stand in the middle of nowhere... # They will not pay the said salary and if you ask they simply say "you didn't do the job properly"... # You will be fired if you ask salary increment after six months... # If you ask for PF,ESI account number and Pay Slip they will not give and will come to fight... # If you work for this company, you will be pushed to the point where you can buy intereste even for your daily needs... # Even the salary will not be paid properly and on time... It's a fight to hear... # They say the salary date is every month TEN but the paycheck is atleast minimum five days late...That too will come in HALF SALARY... # The working times is minimum 14 to 15 hrs per day... # They behaviour is very very worst.... # No leave including Sunday..... # No job security... NOTE : Do not waste your precious time on this company...

I had to directly report to the MD. Company works on a caste based system. They are lazy to implement new processes to improve their way of working.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
