ADE uses design software that are update once in 2-3 years thus allowing us to work with the latest software used by most design research industries. It allows freshers who have recently graduated from college to grasp the basic knowledge and skills required to work in any design organisation.

Dislikes

...employers will ask employees to do overtime with no pay at their own discretion. The pay is also very low, even for experienced individuals, and the organisation will rarely give increments to salary. At best it is good to work here for 1 year and find better employment afterwards.

Wide platform for self learning, can aquire expertise from Real time work experience, if you are lucky enough to get a good superior officer ADE is the best option for an experienced person to sharpen their knowledge and experience as well as a good start for freshers

Dislikes

Contract Engineers are treated like terrorist ( not all people) .. Most of the permanent Employees will exploits the contract engineer to their maximum limit on work. They are extra strict on punching in time for contract engineers but least bother about their punching out time

Likes

Good place to work with immense growth opportunities. However, the only way to get a permanent position is through clearing the GATE exam (for Bachelor) or lateral entry for PhD holders (rarely). Otherwise, JRF/SRF (2-4 years) and RA Research Associate for 2 years) gateways are there.

The usual lags of a government organisation.

Horrible work culture, typical government company. Lots of partiality, lethargy and politics. Horrible security. No scope for growth, no recognition, treated like s l a v e s.

Job security- nothing because your just a contract employee Work - it's a govt sector just eat ,sleep and go home ,there are projects running from past 10 years but its of no use ex-rustom UAV Company policy - no benifits or growth for contract employee you can only gain your experience here nothing else. Politics-yes a bunch of people who eats govt money in the name of project which is In crores.

Dislikes

Be here just for experience if your planning to continue then work for same salary for every year . If your taken on good contract you can be paid well but no growth in terms of engineer to manger don't even expect it because your contract employee
