Good department Hod but sometimes he don't take responsibilities on himself just transfer it to juniors

Department politics specially senior designer like VN are not supportive not good enough salary,job security and not at all work satisfaction

Company gender equality policy at work place, canteen, bus, health insurance policy, etc.

Dislikes

Independent working must be given to every individual who wants to take decisions and prove it right to management. Company should shift focus from old to new. Continual Improvement is always 👌taken into account. New ideas must be easily accepted by management. Should be thinking of long vision benefits, near losses must be neglected by investing into assets.

Company culture, Medical Facilities, Yearly Picnic etc. One Saturday off in a month

Dislikes

Timings should be flexible for employees Alternate Saturday should be off. Politics, Yearly increment should be atleast 12% in front of 8%.

Company is good but staff is very bad and egoistic

Dislikes

All the people in that company live with a lot of ego, especially the packing people and the logistics people seem crazy to me. And the heads of the departments live on cloud nine. No matter how much work you do, they never appreciate it. They only provoke you to leave the company.

Quality Head of Department's pande (HOD) decisions on promotions and increments. It appears that partiality is being shown, potentially leading to unfair treatment of certain employees. Specific concerns: Lack of transparency in promotion criteria. And increament criteria.
