Don't fall for their manipulation. Whatever they promise during the interview is fake. The salary is never paid on time, making this one of the worst places I've ever worked. they pressure employees to take on more work and foster a toxic environment full of office politics. while it might look like an MNC on the surface, believe me, it's just a manipulative company that focuses solely on its own growth without considering employee welfare, they can't even pay salaries on time although the official salary date is the 15th of the month, you won't receive even by the 20th. the person in charge of salaries will ignore your calls like your ex-wife and the same goes for the HR and other higher authorities. it's truly a disappointing experience

The management is poor, pathetic and non trustable. The company is holding the salary of employees from past 3 months they are just saying it is because of cash crunch which will get over on the other hand they are just micro managing all the things and doing fake promises.

Salary date is 15 of every month but you get it after 3 months. They are very strict on all office rules and policies accept salary and working hours. You can't use mobile in office premises. No perks and benifits as per the labour law. Higher management of HR and finance department are making fool other employees regarding salary, work culture and company benefits. Office politics at its high level in the company. Office infrastructure is like old government office. Basically it's a lala company. Jo jitna ha ji, ha ji karega vo aage jayega. Not providing promotion and salary hike.

The company provides a very good platform to start your career and take it to a different level. It doesn’t matter how much experience you have but the practical and real life exposure that you get in this company, makes this company a better place to work.

Night shift may create an issue but you will not get much US exposure if you work in day shift more at this company.
