Aero club is woodland a manufacturer it's good interms of salary growth not about anything else apart from it an organisation without HR department is worst only.

No growth till next 10 yearf slow process for everything salary's are not at all on time it's can be late as much they can but can't be before the 18th of every months

Company policies are day by day change the don't understand the staff performance and not care about staff growth and also they give very late salary to employees

Since illiterate people are heading the senior position so you need to take the initiative and get your work done from other dept. So basically you will get more exposure to work with different people across the organisation and intrapersonell skills will develop.

Unskilled labour's are heading the top positions so the demolished the working culture. There no individual career growth. Salaries are not on time delayed by more than a month.
