Great Tech. Stack , lot to learn and grow from technical perspective.

... too with a salary of very low standard as compare to Indian standard pay scale. And worst thing is Bonus which you will never get.

Nothing. It is a Lala company. Everyone regrets it. They can hire you if you are immediate joiner. They will throw any money to make sure you join them just to exhaust you while their management and their technical secretaries eat you and burn you out. Such is the condition of those secretaries that they are 36+ l, have no kids. Imagine now. Do not join this company.

Everything. There is only one thing which is good and that is they will give you any money you want.. that is enough to proof how much fishy the things are.

Here in aeris communication, flexibility and work environment is very good. People are coming to aeris and staying for long time as I am in engineering team do it's best in aeris.

Nothing as it's to say but yes office can be more better.

Using good technologies, so you get to work hands-on updated technologies of the market .

Just want to say ,join this company only if you have no other option to survive .HR is a myth here .There is a BOSS vertical led by a boss and his yes men . If you are in the worst time of your life, then also don't join that vertical ,I bet you will see the worse .
