Nothing is good you will realise it with time. They have no work ethics.

Employees get exploited. They don’t value employees. They make sure that a person suffers badly. They lie a lot. They hold your documents and doesn’t give it back. Even after you have done everything. They misuse their powers and harass employees and no one does anything about it. As they are close to political people and they misuse it.

Aeren is a growing company and you can learn each and every thing easily without any hudrele's. It is the best place to improve the overall skills

Generally Aeren underpaid to its employees as compare to the market.

The company wants to be a big corporate but lacks at many levels because they lack skilled people and there is lot of partiality and discrimination even at higher levels
