...hikes, peak micromanagement. Let's talk about what you will get in Aerchain. 1. Salary- for the amount/quality of work way below the industry standard not even 50 %. 2. W/L balance- here L stands for L**d* lag gye 3. Learning opportunities/growth- u can cover everything they have to offer in 3 months, post that just L. 4. Benifits- medical insurance, so you don't have to think about health just work like sl*ves 5. Treatment - Racist founder who talks all day in telegu and looks down on non telegu especially North Indians, btw they have hired few North Indian just to hide the above fact, but ask them how much hike and promotions they give to northies. 6. Recognition- no recognitions, other Company HR will recognise you as every Aerchain employee wants to leave and are applying like everywhere. Founder abuses in meetings no respect. 7. Flexible hours- apart from 9 hour of compulsory tracked shift u have the flexibility to chose to work early morning or late night

Since it is a start-up, it is good for juniors who join the company and explore new things. And we have enough freedom to give valuable inputs to the product team, without any hesitation.

Dislikes

It is not technically sound to work once you reach a senior position as the quality of people's thoughts are very low compared to quantity of people. There are no enough perks like insurance, WFH, leaves, etc. The CEO and CTO just hire people to listen to them and work, instead of taking valuable inputs from the team and after sometime it feels like it is a service based company because of this. The tech team became so stagnant that they are pretty adamant to learn and apply new things, except for some very few.

Working at Aerchain has been an incredibly rewarding experience, akin to an extended allege where I'm not just learning but actively executing my ideas and strategies. Being part of a high-growth startup in its formative stages, there's an exciting but unique challenge in establishing clear processes and boundaries. As an early team member, I find the dynamic nature of the role requires flexibility and commitment, which sometimes makes balancing personal and professional life a bit demanding. However, this is part of the journey toward building a robust foundation, and I view these experiences as valuable steps in shaping a scalable, efficient work culture. I'm confident that as the company matures, these processes will evolve, bringing even greater structure and balance.

It is a great place to work and growth here is exponential if you put in the smart work. I have grown 3X in three years showing incremental growth. For people with great work ethic, growth is imminent.

Sometimes it can get stressful on delivery days but with improving processes that is bound to improve

Open Culture and Transparency makes Aerchain Unique and stand out, I have seen a lot of company initiating alot of new initiatives but they miss the core which is open communication and transparency till down. At Aerchain we can see this in abundance.
