For fresher it's a good company buy as you grow there is not much growth.

Dislikes

they hire fresh graduate on contact and give them very less pay scale. Job was in rotation shift, that's why no work life balance.Local dominance and work culture is poor, in COVID they fired so many employees.

...my home town. Teammates are experienced and helpfull. Company policies are good. No issues about the salary, get paid by every last day of the month.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is too slow. There is a bond of 1 year which you cannot resign. Company policies keep on changing for the trainees and no growth in salary as well, no bonus for trainees.

One of the worst places to work, do not spoil your future joining this company, especially the plastics unit. The plastics unit managers are the worst ever, worst HR policy. I LIKE NOTHING ABOUT THE COMPANY

We can explore new things and it's depends on a manager still I got a chance to work with 3 managers are 2 of them privious manages were well and good we had a free hand to work and report but now I can't say

... accomplished whom and what procedure to follow Promotions are likely to happen for favouring candidates but not deserving one Salary gap with lower and upper position is too big to notice Kra is filled but not considered for and no proper meeting with manager to showcase our yearly accomplished tasks Hr is just a jokers to hire a people whats going on in plant they barely notice

Good training Salary in this company is on time and mangment is good and team work are good

Salary increase and promotion etc. can be done a lot here by taking parcelity and money and Trust transfer and respect is only for workers but this manager doesn't apply these rules to the people because they say insults in their face, what kind of culture is this?
