This is multinational company .and it's aerospace parts production industry and it's good working culture

Employment process will be late and employee growth will be poor and salary hike will be poor . And job security not there.

Owner intention is goog then salary is good for workers and learning purpose this is better company.

This is karnataka but not for kannadigas and very very bad management team and food facility is very bad Westin food so much and hear every body is leaders CampanY is not for real workers only for bucketers 🪣

We can explore new things and it's depends on a manager still I got a chance to work with 3 managers are 2 of them privious manages were well and good we had a free hand to work and report but now I can't say

... accomplished whom and what procedure to follow Promotions are likely to happen for favouring candidates but not deserving one Salary gap with lower and upper position is too big to notice Kra is filled but not considered for and no proper meeting with manager to showcase our yearly accomplished tasks Hr is just a jokers to hire a people whats going on in plant they barely notice

Good training Salary in this company is on time and mangment is good and team work are good

Salary increase and promotion etc. can be done a lot here by taking parcelity and money and Trust transfer and respect is only for workers but this manager doesn't apply these rules to the people because they say insults in their face, what kind of culture is this?

For fresher it's a good company buy as you grow there is not much growth.

Dislikes

they hire fresh graduate on contact and give them very less pay scale. Job was in rotation shift, that's why no work life balance.Local dominance and work culture is poor, in COVID they fired so many employees.
