this company is nightmare to work for absolutely nothing positive to offer for. If you not related to someone from the company then you will be treated like you don’t matter.

There is no clear policy and system. There is no portal to track your leave, download salary slip etc. For everything has to be go through HR via mail. Their finance team is the worst team i have ever seen, they show higher salary figure on tax portal which causes major headache during tax filing. this needs to incorrect tax deduction and you have to pay more. when it comes to appraisal there is no set policies. after completing 1 year, you’re left to ask for raise. what follows is a cycle ignored mails and calls followed by vague promises that the raise will come next month- a month that never arrives. after few months of being ignored, you are given a sudden notice period under the pretext of recession and left feeling disappointed. NOTE: avoid this company at any cost. joining here will harm your career. And be cautious with fake positive reviews - they are written by companies own marketing team to cover the truth.

Work pressure. Sometimes you have to work on weekends also. No incentives or bonus. Small team. Long working hours during work from home. No team outings

Never join this company.. here is no growth and you will suffer here.. the lead is creating his own family relation members growth and if you don't belong to the relation you will never get appreciated, and every time you will be demotivated by the lead. If you ask him about the promotion the only response from him is you can resign now because you are not doing anything great except there are the best chaploos employees will get better' promotion every time.
