To be short and precise, DON'T JOIN even if they offer you 2 times salary. Just check their past record. It's already twice that they have closed channels at their whims and put hundreds of people's career into jeopardy. Very weak management both in India and Abroad. They have a knee jerk reaction to problems. Stay away. They don't have any Branch also

Teammates are supportive. But managers are not so supportive and cooperative.

Dislikes

They didn't pay me incentives earned during Jan 18 till date. BH/ABH will assure that you don't get paid on time. No quality data to work on and just too much useless pressure created

Remote work and some home office setup cost is only main benefit but they come at very high other costs.

Dislikes

HR department gives you false claims to lurk you towards closing job at their end. They will show how much you will gain and additional variable pay above your CTC which is not given at end of year claiming company is in loss and No yearly appraisals are given after HR run behinds you every month to fill data on their HR portals. Use less portals and they only working towards their image correction in market as they are in very bad condition right now. Do not buy this fruit of Aegon Job as its shiny outside and rotten inside.

... you are heard. Access to top leadership which is sensitive and not opinionated. Aegon has a flat structure and pay is the best in the sector.

Nothing to dislike in the company or its culture.

Every individual plays superb role as a Team. Salary is very high.

Dislikes

But the Individuals are not helpful as internal customer. The Salary package is very high for each designation as compare to Market. So once you decide to leave Aegon, the other company will not recruit you because of your high salary.
