The HR staff is very bad, and the management is full of politics. They hire people from other companies by offering a higher package, but within 2-3 months, they force them to resign. So, I would say that it's better to stay in your current job because these people remove you as soon as they get their work done."

Aegiscovenant has a troubling habit of recruiting employee from other companies by enticing them with false promises , however after a few months they start finding excuses to let these employees go. This pattern has led to the destruction of the careers 8-10 employee recently. The HR department at Aegiscovenant is ineffective and lacks authority. The HR Team doesn't understand the basic power and responsibilities of their Role. They Merely follow the directives of the management supporting the political games rather than addressing the genuine concerns of employees. The Management engage in rampant office politics, creating a toxic environment. Instead of fostering a supportive fair workplace, they play favorites and make decisions based on internal politics rather than merit. My advice to anyone considering a position at aegiscovenant is to stay where you are if your are currently employed elsewhere. The company's HR practice and management politics make it a detrimental place to work. Until significant changes are made, I cannot recommend Aegiscovenant as a good place to work....

A toxic environment like that of Aegiscovenant is not meant to be liked. "If someone is considering joining Aegis Company, they should not switch because they lay off people within 3-6 months after joining, and they will frustrate you to the point that you will resign on your own. Recently, in January and February, they forced 9 employees to resign. Please be aware of this before making any decisions."

specifically: avoid Aegis Covenant Broking Firm at all costs. Key figures like Gaurav Arora (Business Head), Pranav Chandra (Account Head), and Divas vats (HR Head) seem to have more allegiance to their boss than to basic respect and decency. Religious discrimination is rife here. And if you dare to raise your voice against them, don't expect anything from the so-called "formal" meetings. They'll make you feel like you don't belong. Let's strive for workplaces that embrace diversity and respect religious practices. Your career deserves better than the toxic environment at Aegis Covenant Broking Firm. #WorkplaceDiversity #ReligiousAccommodation #ProfessionalWarning #InclusiveWorkplace
