In order to understand the need of business,clear vision of roles and responsibilities of individual and processes for all other activities are not defined and culture doesn't allow to develop same as it's ONE MAN SHOW lead by the owner who treats the employees in a very pathetic way.Employees like to work hard but don't like to receive a call from him and vice versa.
