This is rakesh,I have joined aegis in the year 2017 an my basic salary was 14500 still am working there for the same salary there is no increment in anything ,Oly every year they will increase ur incentive tat too if u get any error u will loss tat too ,there is no proper facility an job security,they won't treat ous like a employee an now for a new joinners there basic is 16& 17 thousand but am getting the same still ...I hope in this Oly u may understood about the company how nice it was

Training was good enjoyed and learnt a lot team mates good,salary average ,travel not a issue, good security good work environment and lot of politics

Lot of politics, executives are not give any importance even if you are a senior

...e suggestion if a person want to start his career in BPO should join in aegis. but one thing was i was not satisfied with salary. but overall management team is supportive.

what is dislike was there was so much politics in between agents and tl and manager. I was worked for 1 year and i was look some igp nobody support me.

I am talking about Okhla phase -2 not about other aegis, this is a Lala group which work for Essen Medical USA. the owner of this organisation talking behavior is very bad No HR in organization, there is no policy for employee all policy for company which change according for company benefits, owner always give abuse to his employee, no shame of girls or other.

not a manner of his company owner, all work do self like admin, hr. No security guard, no safety, only one washroom for 150 employee which always dirty there in no house keeping staff, owner always telling a lie, fighting with employee is include in behavior of owner. Lala company no letter head in company no cleaning, no satisfaction. never join this organization. work presser, always cheat with employee, abuse with employee at floor. No facility, no training, no security, no house keeping, no manner, no clean water, abuse with employee, cleaver, cheat, nothing is good there. working hour 9:30+
