Retaintion is a matter of concern, no employee policy as maternity leave, crach for kids, hybrid, but it's a good place for ambitious, workaholic people they can definitely grow.meeting starts after 5 in evening you have to stay at many occasions with no drop facilities.

Culture, salary, increament policy, too much norm for employees.

No work life balance, you are always spied through cameras and audio recordings, you can’t take emergency leave, you have to work in your toes all the time, excessive workout with inhuman bosses

Dislikes

This place is not good for growth. They treat faculties as daily wagers and no respect. They will keep you occupied with lots of duplicated work and administrative work. Lots of unnecessary meeting, pictures dramas happens here. Moreover, they dont provide basic requirements such as hygiene ac etc

Asian Education Group is not a group, this is just like a family AEG Family, they provide me the best work culture, best people all around, open minded environment, In last 2 years i personally learned alot and groom in person as well..In AEG from lower staff to director sirs all are very supportive, cooperative like a family.I want to groom or achieve many things from AEG in future as well.
