Dislikes

Salary always delayed, mostly more than a month. Usual Indian culture. They still believe, putting unwanted pressure on employees gives the best output. Just like any other Indian MEP consultant, they also struggle to hire MEP as global MEP MNC have conquered Bangalore MEP industry.

A toxic company with micromanagement. The manager constantly roams around the workspace. If we leave after our working hours, they don’t like it and question us the next day about why we left early. We are required to extend our working hours by an hour daily, even if there is no work. Salary is delayed every month, and they pay according to a salary slab system (Slab 1, Slab 2, etc.). We can never predict when our salary will be credited to our account.
