You get to work on a lot of projects which develops your skill set.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. You might be working like 70 hours a week without any overtime compensation. Girls also stay late sometimes till midgnight and project lead does not bother asking how will they go home, they have to take Uber at midnight and get a call from security to ask whether they have reached home or not (which doesn't make the travel safe). Projects have less than half of the manhours actually required to complete the task which leaves no choice but to work day and night. On the top of it, you don't get much support from your team leaders, neither technical nor managerial. Appraisals are political rather than talent/performance based. You get along with your teammates very well because all are in the same boat.

Timely salary release,work life balance and deep drive of the technical knowledge.

Dislikes

Role and responsibilities to be more clarity required.Interven of HO management is required.Inter project transfer will be playing more security for the job .

Salary on time and benifits like medical insurance and leaves are very good as per HR policies. Very good company to work.

Some manager are working as Boss not as a leader which is not good for team members.

Bad work life balance. Very bad health insurance, will recommend to buy a personal health insurance. Insurance guys don't give you the claim and HRs won't help. There is a HR policy that employees can't work more than 56 hours a week to maintain work life balance. But what happens is you will work more than 56hours can won't be allowed to book more than 56 hours. LOL

Hiring as a project engineer 2months training without salary with the client like shell....startup project in petrol outlet program manager don't know the technical aspects.... every time only shouting... nothing to listen what suggestions we are suggested as per our experience... torcher for the job security

Only salary in time nothing else worst manager full of ego always should don't know how to execute in terms of technical aspects site timings 8:00am to till night when contractor will move from side....2 hrs journey to reach the site it mean u left from 6:00 am every day from your home. This is not PMC project we are working like contractor be careful for petrol outlet like shell PMCM projects.
