They are not late in giving salary. They are sensible in bringing family of their employees in a limited capacity.

Dislikes

Career path for learning is weak. The longer you stay with AECOM little progression on learning is not achievable because there is no program of upgrading the learning process. No motivation to initiate the program because the company is not supporting in terms of cost in may give to individual. Work without upgrading is more likely been motivated by leadership. No future leaders from the rank and file is being motivated though deserving. I hope the minds of the upper management may come to think of this.

Work life balance apart from clients doldrums it was ok , Good culture within management, timely salary and other benefits.

Dislikes

Job security is worse here, u can compare it with some 3rd class company where u can be fired right away if client rejects the contract.

...nagement is not judging employees with their qualifications and ability of work. They are judging people by their salary. If your salary is high there are high chances of termination. But transit department is not like that. If you are looking into job at Aecom go for transit department. Regional Director of this department ( Mr Neil Banerjee) are really good people. More than 150 people are working under him with full satisfaction. In transit department there are good hr rule.

...nagement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcad for chilling. Company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn' t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 6 months before which is you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

You can see the ratings I had given above.. I like everything in Aecom, support staff, working environment, compensation & increments.

Dislikes

Transfer.. need transfer to my native place but not get it just due to other project business unit.
