...vironment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are not good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resion.on the job training is not given to new joining.

Increment - 6 to 7 percent Promotion - no Job security - after project completion no transfer Except that good company to work

Salary Package Hybrid Work Life Exposure to some good international projects Exposure to some high end software. Paid reimbursement for international memberships.

Dislikes

There is no pipeline for projects. Sometimes you have to wait for projects resulting in charging on overheads.

Salary on time and benifits like medical insurance and leaves are very good as per HR policies. Very good company to work.

Some manager are working as Boss not as a leader which is not good for team members.

Bad work life balance. Very bad health insurance, will recommend to buy a personal health insurance. Insurance guys don't give you the claim and HRs won't help. There is a HR policy that employees can't work more than 56 hours a week to maintain work life balance. But what happens is you will work more than 56hours can won't be allowed to book more than 56 hours. LOL
