It is a start up. And always will be a start up only. Their managerial decisions are poor. They endeavour a lot but their ideas are not creative. The product is very raw and based mostly on open source. Its very tough to sell it.

Dislikes

Top management just know about sales. They do very less about marketing. They target only Govt clients and not corporates as the product is mostly open sourced and could be exposed. Hiring and firing policy works here.
