Nothing this company is fraud. They suddenly laid off me at the end of month and didn’t even pay anything. I got notice from them that I will receive till March 2023 it’s been more than 6 months haven’t received any penny

Fraud company. They laid me off in just 2 months without any reason and didn’t even pay my last months salary. I had mail them multiple times but received any response from them. And they always have openings but didn’t pay their employees any penny. Its a fraud don’t work here

...citing to see forward. Salary timings are very awkward and not at all on time... They just laid off employees without any prior notice not even any compensation. Was dealing with huge personal loss and didn't even considered the situation.

I wish i could give 0 star or minus rating here. If you want peace in your life don't join here. They'll fire you after 6 months or 1 year without notice

...re than 6 months haven't received single penny of my 1 and a half month work. They laid off multiple employees without any notice just before the salary day. Haven't received anything from them apart from false promises.

The only thing I liked about working at Advids was the job responsibility and supportive team members. Apart from that there are no employee benefits, the work culture sucks because they follow a hire and fire police set by Avilash and Alok, who have been shamelessly unjust to employees since the company was built.

...ment. The HR department is extremely inefficient and does not respond to emails. There are so many people who are still struggling to get their hard earned salary for years now. They are currently replacing full time employees with interns to get the same work done for less money since they are in shreds monetarily. Karma! The company might shut down in a few years. If you are looking for long term growth or otherwise, Advids is not worth wasting your time and effort.
