There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Nice Company working Culture is good and Due to old Employees some time New Employee need to make his Space Tough it's The Competition everywhere.

Nothing Only Little Bite Transport Facility is Not Available in company area in Night Time It's tough for Convence and Company has also limited resources of Convence but it's ok actually I did work in Night and what Emergency can be required in Night some time but company all time ready to help his Employees it's Good factory.
