This is fraud company never ever join this company they dont give proper salary and they just bluff people for giving loan kara na nehi pata hai kahi se v they r just misguiding cstomers by taking bajaj finance name to take file from customer and they dint give proper salary to the employee they are very much fraud company dont even give any docs they have branch at banguluru coimbatore calicut mysore and thier staffs are also fake dont even trust them..

Most fraud company i have ever seen akash sankar and salini sankar are the main culprits of this company they will give big big lectures for taking loan from them also at kolkata all tellecaller r fraud they dont knw even the meaning of loan they just hire some illiterate tellecallers female and just misguiding people byy calling them

1) Terrible working environment 2) Worst HR policies 3) They treat you like a slave 4) No team Building activities 5) No proper Appraisals 6) once you put down papers, your treated as an enemy 7) They don't have proper exit formalities checklist 8) Once your out of the company they don't respond to your mails 9) No proper induction programs 10) No proper performance assessment 12) It is more of autocratic leadership 13) Rules in this company keeps on changing day to day according to their will 14) better not to join this company, if you don't want to spoil your carrer 15) Last but not the least, if you join for other posts than finance process analyst your in perpetual agony !!!

Nothing much to like about it, but Founder of company has major experience in banking field You can learn many things from him, he is a great person with great aims You can get great experience in all major working department

They haven't managed it well, no proper work culture, people have to do all jobs, no proper support from HR
