A good place for learning especially in a situation when the product is unique and you hardly have any competition in the market. There is hardly any company which organizes overseas road trip.The clients are top notch, falls under extremely niche market.

Company is small hence, hence, NO separate department. Sales/marketing, Operations, product development etc. all needs to be performed by a single individual.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
