Beter place to start carrier in startup like company. For experience persones it will give nice experience in handling entire project

Less pay scale and limited no of employees may not help for those who didn't have much technical knowledge

They hire freshers during peak season and terminate after few months to escape from giving them their bonus & hike.playing with the career of candidates is the worst thing any company can do

I joined as a fresher in Advent as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.So it is a bit difficult for me to cop up with the environment.So the colleagues had helped me to educate with all sought of education into various fields.

Yeah,there are some dislikes and likes about this company.There is no proper rapport between teams.

To be honest everything was good about this company manager teammates all were good.

Dislikes

No job security they terminated few employees without giving any notice or warning letter, the HR manager called the employee to her cabin and in next 15 min he/she was terminated.
